It's finally FRIDAY!! And I am back with a new blogpost for all of you!!
If you have ever tried any kind of BANANA BREAD I think you already know how freaking amazing it is! It's literally one of my favourite desserts! It's that good and especially if it's vegan too. It can't be bad for you, right? haha. This banana bread recipe is super simple and you only need just a few ingredients. The texture of this bread is perfect - super moist and not dry at all. Let's don't forget the smell in your kitchen after you baked it! Love it!

Time for the recipe!!
Ingredients:
- 2 or 3 ripe bananas
- Vegetable oil half a cup
- One cup brown sugar
- One cup flour
- 3 tea spoons baking powder
- 1 tea spoon baking soda
- 3 spoons cinnamon
First of all you mash the bananas in one bowl. Add the oil, brown sugar and mix it all together. In another bowl mix flour with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Then preheat your oven to 180 Celsius. Mix the dry ingredients into the wet and you are almost finished! Add some oil to your baking form and then pour the mixture into it. Add it in the oven and bake it for 20 minutes straight and after that put the foil sheet to the top of the bread and bake 20 more minutes with it. It's so the heat will reach the bottom of the bread. After that you are totally done! Leave a little bit to cool down and now you can enjoy your tasty banana bread.
