Happy Sunday! So today I will share the Vegan Tofu Tortillas recipe and I need to mention that this recipe is literally just a few ingredients that I had and mixed together. It's super easy and quick so everyone can make it, even if you don't have the exact ingredients. You can make it with whatever you have at the moment. 

So first of all, cut the tofu into small cubes and roast it in the pan. Then add the green peas, black beans and some spices and lastly the barbecue sauce. Mix everything and heat it a little bit. Then smash an avocado with some black pepper and salt and add it on the tortilla. Put the mix with tofu and beans on the top and add grated red cabbage and some tomatoes. That's it! Super easy and yummy! 
Really like how the colours looks - so bright and vibrant!

So, for the past few days I was eating so freaking bad and I feel not that great for that. I made these tortillas like a week ago and now I need a little bit of motivation for me to get back to eating clean. Actually, having a routine helps me a lot. Maybe you have some tips for keeping that motivation? Tell me that works for you!
